If you are a seasoned TikTok creator, the issue can usually be fixed in 30 minutes therefore, try to give 30 minutes break before using it again, by then your issue should be resolved.

Clearing all the cache data can be a good way to fix this issue but I never went into depth about what this meant. These cache memories have to be on any old data that has been stored on your account so any new entries will not get processed as it is not able to perform the activity you are asking it to. In this case, it will not be able to like any new posts that you ask for.
Clearing the cache process varies on different devices like in the iPhone you have to follow this chain of steps.
Setting > general settings > iPhone storage > find TikTok app > click on the offload app option.
And for android mobile users, you have to follow this chain of steps.
General settings > find app option > search for TikTok app > tap on the storage > tap on the clear cache.
Create A New Account:
If you find that you are not able to like any video on TikTok then it is worth making a new account so you can easily start liking the videos again. If you have another account, you can like videos from there as the ban will probably not affect your other account so this will be a great option for the users who get annoyed by this error.
To make a new TikTok account you will have to open your account and tap on your profile.

Check Your Internet Connection:
This is the most useful solution that the server recommends by itself to the users to make sure their internet connection is stable because it can be the major reason for this error. When you don’t have a good internet connection then TikTok will not be able to process your likes.
Make sure that your data or Wi-Fi network can be seen at the top of your screen and indicate a strong internet connection.
Report The Problem To TikTok:
To report the problem directly to the TikTok team you have to follow this chain of steps.
Go to your profile > tap on settings > tap on help > then tap on the report a problem option.
When you had already tried all the above-mentioned troubleshooting techniques and still you are facing the problem then hopefully the TikTok help center will resolve the issue.
The only downside of this troubleshooting technique is that it may take TikTok up to a week to respond to your report. This is because they go through so many reports a day so they will need to filter through all of them before they get to yours. Getting straight to the point in your report will help to speed up the process.
Behaving un-human behavior on TikTok is not helpful, as it leads to being shadow banned, which includes the reason why you can’t like videos on TikTok. So, if you are experiencing this issue on your account, you need to wait for 24 hours before you will be able to like any video again.
