First of all, how are you and your team doing in these COVID-19 times?

Firstly, I’m grateful to Adreview for this wonderful opportunity. Yes, like every other business, we were perplexed during the time of uncertainty. However, our Crisis Management team helped us return swiftly to regular operations. Our risk mitigation strategy and synergy with our workforce during the pandemic reinforced us!

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded or joined this company?

I happen to be in the technological space for more than two decades now. In 2000, while I was working as a software engineer, I noticed that IT firms were unable to deliver a quality tech solution to their patrons. To bridge the gap and to accommodate the prerequisites of clients with a phenomenal tech service, I founded Brainvire. We served actively with a client-first approach and accomplished 1500+ digital projects, spread across 11+ locations globally with 800+workforces. Thanks to all the brands that believed in us!

How does your company innovate?

Innovation is the core of our business. We have been assisting industry leaders with innovations for a couple of decades now. With extensive experience in proffering remarkable software services and digital models to various verticals, we are ever-evolving and still expanding our horizon with innovations like AI, ML, Blockchain Solutions, and IoT.

How the Coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?

Our client is our priority, The only hope to pave the way towards giving our clients a trust-worthy service was by operating virtually. Initially, a virtual setting for an 800+ workforce was a challenging yet productive task. Once we got accustomed to the remote experience, we never faced any bandwidth issues from both our clients and employees. During this period we observed multi-fold growth as we entered into multi-million dollar deals with Fortune 500 companies for their long-term digital transformation activities. To support the growth we have doubled our employee strength.

Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?

Hopefully, no business should ever confront such a challenging time again. This pandemic has accustomed us to a ‘makeshift’ approach to serving our clients subordinately. This experience is gripping us firmly towards the digital realm. As the CEO of Brainvire, I had to actively engage myself to bridge the gap between both internal and external approaches of the business. Finally, I see this as a significant learning experience that will help me in the long run and serve our clients more reliably.

What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using to navigate this crisis?

Our team uses Slack, Skype, Teams, Office365, and G-SUITE to provide collaborative, agile, and result-driven solutions to our clients. Indeed, we are using our in-house tools and software to maintain transparency among the personnel.

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

In the tech industry, only the companies who are chasing the innovations of tomorrow will stay in the game. Brainvire’s vision has always been inlined with futuristic innovations and implementation.
