Today we have selected Hansal Shah to take his interview. He is the Co-Founder and CEO at Technostacks Infotech Pvt Ltd.

First of all, how are you and your team doing in these COVID-19 times?

Thank you for giving us an opportunity to share our story. COVID has opened up different horizons and opportunities for us specifically due to our expertise in the Health care domain. We got a chance to develop IoT-enabled custom solutions integrating temperature sensors, touchless visitor kiosks, and systems that are helpful in telemedicine through video conferencing.

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded or joined this company?

With my dual degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, I have started my career in 2010. Till 2013 I was able to find out the pain of businesses and decided to help businesses by providing culture fit and business fit solutions. I have founded Technostacks Infotech Pvt Ltd in 2014 with 2 other co-founders and good friends Harshil Parikh and Mrudul Shah. We all 3 had the same vision which enabled us to start this venture which is now a growing company of 100+ developers working in-house and having operations in the UK & USA.

How does your company innovate?

We have expertise working with innovative technology stacks and have given efficient solutions to few bootstrap startUps to large-scale automotive manufacturers. We have been working and have worked on 5+ industrial IoT solutions, 3 large-scale AR-based innovative products, Fintech client with facial recognition, and MRZ pattern recognition based customer registration. We have a dedicated research team working on AR, Custom Chips, LiDAR sensors, BLE, and WiFI devices to solve real-life problems.

How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?

The pandemic has affected businesses for some period and then everyone learned to live with it now. Like others, we have been impacted by delaying our growth strategy into different regions of the world. We were not able to meet our clients, we had to cancel our regular visits to some parts of Europe and Australia.

Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?

I think we were lucky as this pandemic gave us opportunities due to our expertise in innovations. We did work on temperature sensors, touchless sensors, UV lights to digitize a few things and made them touchless. We had not to cut pay or release employees as I think they did give their best during this period of time.

What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using to navigate this crisis?

We were already using Google WorkSpace, MS teams, and Project management tools eg. Jira, asana, source control repositories.

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

I think each company is unique and doing its best to grow. The number of competitions in this industry is so high we should always try to challenge and compete ourselves to give future-fit solutions to our clients and their business ideas.

We are a custom team of young entrepreneurs with successful case studies in IoT, SAAS solutions ( End to End software as a service ). We believe in working with clients and going beyond to make future-fit solutions to their business.
