Tell us about you, your career, how you founded this company?
I first started building customer support processes. It was one of the core priorities, as we wanted to build the best 24/7 support service for our clients. Knowing your customers’ needs and finding the best ways to meet them requires a lot of time and effort. We believe that customer support is as important for our SaaS business as the solution we develop. The company could not work without a customer support team, as we wanted close contact with our clients. Eventually, I was happy to see that everything we did result in customers’ appreciation. After organizing this cooperation model in my team, I focused on more global tasks. As a COO, my responsibilities include carrying out our strategy, meeting the targets, and maintaining a well-established team cooperation system: development team, support team, QA, and marketing and sales team. Recently we have raised investments, and now we have huge plans for market expansion. The investments we have attracted will help us complete our main goals. Therefore, we are actively promoting in the American market, constantly expanding our functionality and the number of integrated platforms to cover the needs of each business.
But the company is also entering new markets! Synder is starting to take an increasingly strong position in the markets of the UK, Canada, Australia, and other countries. Although our primary market is in the US, we also serve businesses around the world. We will continue developing these markets, for we have been doing quite well so far.
