 First of all, how are you and your team doing in these COVID-19 times?

Though the COVID-19 times are unprecedented and very challenging for our team, I would say our bond and understanding grew closer. Even though there are many uncertainties in the business market, our team has rapidly adapted to the new changes with 100 percent commitment towards work. We were able to leverage opportunities, ensure productivity, and thrive our business.

I’m Lauren Williams, the Marketing Manager at MedicoReach. MedicoReach has provided me boundless opportunities to help the medical businesses. We have a global market coverage in delivering targeted and accurate medication lists for B2B marketing campaigns.

Initially, we struggled, but each of our employees overcoming a tough and challenging period like the coronavirus pandemic. We also had to adapt to changes in the healthcare legislation to meet the current requisites of the healthcare industry. We have pushed ourselves to rapidly adopt the new normal by implementing advanced technologies to streamline every aspect of the healthcare business.

 Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?

The difficult choice we made was employee retention. We maintained and managed to keep 100 percent of our staff when other businesses struggled to cope with the pandemic. We have learned to push through the hard times and incessantly combat the pandemic to maintain sustainable growth in our business. Hard work and diligence always pay off.

 What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using to navigate this crisis?

We leverage our own CRM management tool to promote and enhance customer relationship management. To create incredible customer experiences, we ensure that all our customer-facing teams are empowered with the right and accurate data. We have our task management software for efficient prioritization of tasks, anytime access for data to make task delegation easy. We have enhanced messaging tools for internal communications. We have designed software that specializes in boosting productivity and contributes to enhancing team collaboration.

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

We are distinct and exceptional in our healthcare services. As healthcare sectors have more competitors, we concentrate on shining in our services. We always stand ahead of our competitors while primarily focusing on serving the clients to enrich customer satisfaction.
