First of all, how are you and your team doing in these COVID-19 times?

Hello and thank you for inviting us for an interview. We’re doing great, mainly because of the vaccinations in the countries we operate in. Like every other industry, we were also hit by the pandemic last year and quickly adapted to new circumstances like a home office, postponed projects, or project cancellation. Luckily, we didn’t have to change our working style thanks to Vault-ERP.

On the other hand, every new challenge makes you stronger. Thanks to our team’s hard work and diligence, we’re back on track and growing as a team and company. The pandemic showed many businesses that digital transformation and IT technologies are a necessity.

Tell us more about you, your career, and how you founded or joined the company.

I’m a Marketing Director at Rare Crew, a full-cycle software development company with an international presence founded in 2011. I joined the company in 2016 and have been doing my best to increase brand awareness of the company behind which stands experienced professionals who deliver enterprise IT solutions with measurable ROI. We’re building an innovative, socially, and environmentally responsible brand.

How does your company innovate?

Innovation is part of our company DNA. From very early on, we were constantly learning new things and watching new trends. We use the latest technology in all of our offered services like Custom development, Mobile applications, BI & analytics, UI/UX analysis, Software testing and solve the problems in line with them. And we work mostly in line with the Agile approach, one of the best known and most used approaches due to its versatility.

We automate and shape our business processes so that we can be more effective and productive. We always try to identify waste in our processes and eliminate them so that we can maximize performance. We developed our own cross platform solution called Vault-ERP. Besides its HR, Sales, Operations, and Finance modules, we also use the Project management module which allows us to easily manage each project and ensure they’re on a budget and on time with unique resource insights.

How has the Coronavirus pandemic affected your business, and how are you coping?

As I mentioned before, we witnessed a few months of uncertainty because some of our clients are from the entertainment, sports, and fashion industry. The pandemic highly affected how these businesses functioned. It helped us reevaluate our business and ensured we performed better and more effectively with our operations.

Thankfully, the world is slowly returning to normal. We’re progressing in software development, we’ve entered a new market of ERP systems, we have new visions and plans for the services and products we offer, and we’re growing in the number of talented people we have.

Did you have to make difficult choices, and what lessons did you learn?

The pandemic showed us how unpredictable life can be. Having a good and diligent team that works hard and can focus can help you cross boundaries and overcome challenges.

What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using to navigate this crisis?

It’s crucial for us to deliver high-quality software development solutions, and without a proper project management tool, it’d be difficult to. We’re using Vault-ERP, our very own effective product which we built for our own purpose but also for smart companies. Vault helps increase project profitability, improve team productivity, make smart business decisions based on reliable statistics and reports, and much more. It has key features like a project dashboard, task management, schedule, time tracking, project transactions, checklists, and KPIs which we’re using on a daily basis.

Who are your competitors, and how do you plan to stay in the game?

We have many competitors in this area. We plan to offer excellent services for our clients, do the best job we can, and always put some extra effort into it. Word of mouth combined with another form of exposure could be the best way to stay in this game and succeed.
