Today we have selected Mazen Fekry to take his interview. He is the Founder and CEO of INETWORK Middle East.

First of all, how are you and your team doing in these COVID-19 times?

We are all good and healthy … COVID-19 hit the world hard, and the impact was dramatic, but fortunately, we reacted fast. We moved to work from home remotely from day one and shifted all the work and meetings to online, and everything was fine till Egypt reopened in July 2020 … almost 7 months of work from home. We all got COVID as late as Dec 2020, and thankfully we all recovered after 2 weeks to start a successful yet hard year of 2021. Now we are all good and vaccinated yet taking all the measurements to ensure the safety of our team and beloved customers

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded or joined this company?

I am an experienced Chief Executive Officer, Keynote Speaker, Marketing Guru, Master Trainer, Serial Entrepreneur & a go-to-market expert with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industry. Skilled in Marketing Management, Negotiation, Business Planning, and Market Research. Strong business development professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) focused in Finance and Financial Management Services from AASTMT.

Founder & CEO of the award-winning INETWORK Middle East, Managing Partner of Talents Tailor and, former Special Events Manager at KidZania Cairo. A Guinness World Record Holder and an International Visitors Leadership Program – IVLP USA April 2018. I am also a motivational speaker in Egypt, UAE & the Middle East, also a Certified Google Trainer of Trainers in Digital Marketing. He has been working as Head of Special Programs and Media Department (Strategic Marketing Unit) at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport, and many respectable multinationals such as Allianz, British American Tobacco, Jazzercise, and The Little Gym.

The coronavirus pandemic has caused a considerable drop in advertising spending. However, there is a deviation from the principle that companies cut advertising budgets during a recession. Governments have emerged as advertising buyers in many countries to promote public health messages or support journalism. In addition to that, almost everyone moved on to Digital Marketing and Advertising, which created a new and strong market share for agencies to work on. Being as dynamic as possible was our strategy at the pandemic times.
