First of all, how are you and your team doing in these COVID-19 times?
My professional team and I are doing great. Tell us about you, your career, how you founded or joined this company? I have extensive experience working in different fields, where I have worked in different companies, firms, and non-profit organizations. I had worked as a freelance management consultant, trainer, and employee; later on, I had decided to open up my own business.
How does your company innovate?
We have our own syllabus created by us as well as our own way of organizational development.
How the Coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?
We had faced a few struggles during the pandemic, but they were resolved through us giving online consultations for our clients. This made our task easier and more convenient during Quarantine.
Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?
The main difficult choice was dealing with local Iraqi companies; most of them had no system and were unorganized, which meant that we had to establish their systems. We had learned that they are resistant to change, which meant that we had to change our approach in more innovative ways.
What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using to navigate this crisis?
We use ERP systems, CRM, HRMS, SalesForce, Marketing Automation Software, Product Management Software, and Customized Software for our client. As for the skills, we use strategic planning, organizational skills, leadership skills, and soft skills.
Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?
