New Feature Of DuckDuckGo
DuckDuckGo has all the new features and mainly all are Al-driven search features. This search engine is basically used for fast results without the hassle of clicking on every page on your SERP.
DuckDuckGo is one of the few search engines that promise not to collect any personal information about the user and also it doesn’t sell your search data to advertisers also it won’t use your search history to alter your search results.
DuckDuckGo is very famous for providing the answers you need instantly while enjoying private services. DuckDuckGo is the perfect solution for those internet users who are concerned about how much their internet activities are being searched and used for advertising.
DuckDuckGo has launched its new feature recently. On DuckDuckGo’s official blog, they have recently announced the release of DuckAssist. This assist is just like google assistant and its main function is to optimize your search and give you precisely what you need with a single query.
This newly launched feature uses natural language technology to crawl a relevant Wikipedia or Britannica entry for the exact answer. Limiting the pol of referential candidates means the feature is much less likely to stray from the real answers you need.
DuckDuckGo has many amazing features like search sites, expanding short URLs, password generator, stopwatch, website down, rhyme check, and many more. The primary selling point of DuckDuckGo is that it offers its users true online privacy.
Not only does it avoid tracking your online activity but it also has embedded tools to protect you from privacy tracking conducted by the sites you visit.
According to DuckDuckGo,” if you enter a question that can be answered by Wikipedia into our search box, DuckAssist may appear and use Al natural language technology to anonymously generate a brief, sourced summary of what it finds in Wikipedia – right above our regular private Search results”.
This new launch is just the beginning of a new wave of Al tools and features that will make every search faster and more helpful than ever before. The tech behind DuckAssist comes from OpenAl and Anthropic so you are already sure that it will be amazing.
DuckDuckGo doesn’t bias search results based on your search history. Everyone who searches for a specific term will see the same results. DuckDuckGo doesn’t attempt to bias top results towards its own products and services as Google does.
If you are thinking to try to use DuckAssist then there are some things that you have to keep in mind like phrasing your search query as a question makes DuckAssist more likely to appear in search results, if you are confident that Wikipedia has the answer to your question, adding the word “wiki” to your search also makes DuckAssist more likely to appear in the results.
DuckAssist beta is only available in English in browsing apps like iOS, Android, and Mac, and browser extensions like Firefox, chrome, and safari. If the trial goes well, it will roll out to all DuckDuckGo users soon. If you don’t want DuckAssist to appear in search results, you can also disable “Instant answers” in search settings.
If DuckAssist has generated an answer for a given topic before, the answer will appear automatically. Otherwise, you can click the “Ask” button to have an answer rendered in real-time.
