First of all, how are you and your team doing in these COVID-19 times?

During these uncertain times, I decided to face this new challenging situation with confidence. More importantly, I uphold my family & deal with my team. Well!! Right now I’m majorly concentrating on what’s most essential in the “new normal” Moreover, at Aalpha we are working on the growth of each talented team member from every department.

Tell us about you, your career, how you founded or joined this company.

I always wanted to be an entrepreneur and go into innovative business. Building a company at a very young age is quite difficult as well as a challenging task. Back in 2007, I founded Aalpha information system in order to provide top and innovative solutions to clients. More importantly, we have made tremendous progress from the beginning days by helping the business with our best services across the globe.

How does your company innovate?

As we are in the field of innovation, we strive to provide innovative solutions for our potential clients’ needs & requirements. Additionally, we believe in sharing information that we have acquired is one of our priorities. We are effectively advancing our Aalpha blog and we actively share information on our blog and also on social media handles.

How the Coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you Coping?

The lockdown doesn’t really mean you need to stop your work. We enabled our team to work remotely. Honestly, I believe that we have adjusted very well to working remotely from home.

Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?

Still, we are in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic. Moreover, it seems like quite a long way to overcome these current situations. We continued to work remotely by keeping in mind the safety of our team. More importantly, I’ve learned that productivity is a notch higher when your talented team works remotely rather than from an office.

What specific tools, software, and management skills are you using to navigate this crisis?

We use Wurkr, it’s a video platform that replicates your physical office which was developed by our talented team back in 2018 for one of our clients. Apart from this, we use Trello to manage our projects.

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

We are working in a throat-cut competitive industry. Here in India, there are a huge number of software development companies available.
