Samsung Galaxy S23, S/23+, And S23 Ultra Prices For Europe Have Been Leaked, And Samsung Users Are Not Happy
Samsung’s price for the upcoming models of the Series “S” has been leaked, and it’s to show that the prices may remain the same as the previous models of this series in the US, but the case is not the same as the US anywhere else.
A past rumor from Australia made everyone aware of the prices and the immense increase in them as well for the first time, and newly leaked prices for the new models of this series is what proves this rumor right. The Galaxy S23 base model will be a hundred euros more expensive than the Galaxy S22 base model.
The Galaxy S23+ base model has an 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, will be a hundred euros more expensive than the Galaxy S22+ version with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, and 150 euros more expensive than the base model Galaxy S22+ which had 128GB of storage.
The base model of Galaxy S23 Ultra will be 150 euros more expensive than the base model of Galaxy S22 Ultra, but you do get 256GB of storage instead of 128GB which means that this is more of a fair deal than the S23 one.
This means that the cheapest Eurozone countries such as Germany and Benelux, should expect to pay 949 euros for the base model of Galaxy S23, and 1,399 for a base model Galaxy S23 Ultra with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The Galaxy S23+ will most likely be 1,199 with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, even though the leaks do not mention this for such markets.
If this comes out, Samsung will decide to respond to the inflated prices with what almost all other companies do, which is more inflation, since it is now one of the most popular tech brands on the planet and they don’t want to cause any harm to their company, just like any other person wouldn’t.
But inflation is a product of increasing prices. If you’re interested in the Galaxy S23 phones, you should probably save up a little bit more than you were previously expecting to save, while this is happening soon, Samsung usually offers value deals that are pretty good when compared to post-release orders.
So, if you keep out an eye for these pre-order deals, you will get the best deals possible that is going to be available for the upcoming point in time, and this might just take some stink off of the prices that are going to be offered to Samsung users in the upcoming time.
Samsung users are definitely not happy as they are going to have to spend much more than expected for the upcoming Samsung phones that are practically almost the same when their specs are compared to their previous models, especially their storage.
Roland Quandt has stated the following on Twitter,
“Germany and Benelux it seems to be 949 for the S23 base and 1399 for the S23U base. No clue about S23+ for these countries. As usual, pricing depends on local taxes, duties, etc. There will be some nice deals (like an upgrade to the next higher mem spec during pre-orders when buying the base model)”
