2. Navigate to the bottom of the page and click on the sign-out option.
3. Now again enter your ID on the device and follow the steps shown in the prompt to sign in again.
4. Now check that the particular song plays and whether the issue is rectified or not.

Update Your Device:

Might be this error is because of the bugs in the software. It’s very common that every device needs an update because when the updated version is available in the market then the older version will face the bugs-related issue.
