How does your company innovate?

This is a very interesting question. At Web Hospitality, we are doing something in the same space by combining the concept to create a compelling user experience. Adopting consumer behavior and new technologies while maintaining a strong customer focus is essential to great marketing especially for small businesses. Creating an incredible customer experience means giving consumers what they may not even yet realize they want.

How the coronavirus pandemic affects your business, and how are you coping?

Due to the coronavirus situation, we decided to go fully remote but let’s agree – we are lucky to be able to. Even before this whole situation, 97% of our projects were fully remote. And even though we had an office, all of us had some experience working remotely as we were always able to work from home – or from elsewhere – whenever it was more convenient. Thanks to that, we are used to using tools that facilitate communication, time & progress tracking, and project management.

Going 100%, remote did not change our regular workflow and don’t impact the project’s pipeline. As long as our clients and their businesses don’t struggle with the negative impact of Covid-19, we are fine as well. But it would be incautious to assume that won’t.

Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?

 During the pandemic, we had some employees sick with COVID at one point, but that doesn’t mean our clients’ marketing needs just disappear. During specific issues in the year, we have had to rely on certain team members to step up and fill the gaps as they came. Moving from this, I will always understand and appreciate the peace of mind that comes with having a back-up plan for everything, especially staffing and resource needs.

Did you have to make difficult choices, and what are the lessons learned?

 During the pandemic, we used Zoom and Google meet to be in business.

Who are your competitors? And how do you plan to stay in the game?

Well, to be very frank, we don’t have a single competitor as we assume that competing with others is a waste of time where competing with your own achievements makes us always one step ahead of marketing. That’s the simple rule.
